• Emergency and seizure action plan information

This information is stored locally on your device in the current version of the App and is used to provide the App's tracking, history, insights, and related features.

Seizure Free Naturally may allow you to connect certain information from Apple Health.

Access to Apple Health information is optional and requires your permission. You control which supported health information the App may access through Apple's permission system.

Information accessed from Apple Health is used to provide health and wellness features within the App, such as helping you view relevant information and identify possible patterns.

Seizure Free Naturally does not use information obtained from Apple Health for advertising or marketing and does not sell Apple Health information to data brokers, information resellers, or advertising platforms.

You may change Apple Health permissions through your device's privacy and health settings.

The current version of Seizure Free Naturally does not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking and does not transmit your health logs to Seizure Free Naturally for analytics, advertising, or marketing purposes.

The App does not sell your personal information or health information.

The App may allow you to create or export reports containing information you have recorded.

Exporting or sharing a report is initiated by you. For example, you may choose to share information with a physician, caregiver, family member, or another person.

Once you choose to export or share information outside the App, the privacy and security of that information may depend on the method you select and the person or service with whom you share it. Please consider the sensitivity of health information before sharing it.

If you enable notifications, Seizure Free Naturally may provide reminders or other App-related notifications on your device.

You control notification permissions through your device settings.

In the current version of the App, information you enter is stored locally on your device.

You may edit or delete supported information using the App's available controls. Removing the App or erasing your device may result in loss of locally stored App information.

Because the current version does not maintain a Seizure Free Naturally user account or server-based copy of your health logs, Seizure Free Naturally generally cannot recover information that has been deleted or lost from your device.

Seizure Free Naturally may be used by parents or caregivers to help track information related to seizure management. Parents and caregivers should use appropriate judgment when entering, exporting, or sharing information concerning a child.

The App is not designed to knowingly collect children's personal health information on Seizure Free Naturally servers.

Seizure Free Naturally is intended to support health tracking, organization, education, and communication. It is not a substitute for professional medical care and is not intended to diagnose, predict, prevent, or treat seizures or other medical conditions.

Do not change, reduce, discontinue, or adjust prescribed medication based solely on information provided by the App. Medication and treatment decisions should be made with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

If you or another person may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

We take the sensitivity of health information seriously and have designed the current version of Seizure Free Naturally to minimize transmission of personal health information.

No electronic storage system or device can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are encouraged to protect their devices with appropriate security measures such as a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID where available.

The App or Seizure Free Naturally website may contain links to external websites, resources, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Seizure Free Naturally is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Seizure Free Naturally develops and new features are introduced.

If future versions of the App introduce accounts, cloud synchronization, server-based services, analytics, or other features that change how personal information is handled, this policy will be updated accordingly.
